Driving Directions from Airport:
I-5 north toward Seattle. Once you're near downtown, look for the Seneca exit #165A (exit on left). The exit ramp puts you on Seneca at Sixth Avenue. Follow Seneca to First Avenue. Turn right on First. Pensione Nichols is five blocks up on the left between Stewart and Virginia.

Pensione Guest Parking:
There are a variety of nearby parking options. Our recommendation: the Third and Stewart Garage (AKA the Macy's Garage), located on Stewart Street between Third and Second avenues. This is a secure, well-lighted parking structure, with in and out privileges, just a few short blocks from the pensione.

Metro bus 194 express to downtown takes approximately 30 minutes. Between the hours of 7 AM and 7 PM, get off at the Westlake station of the bus tunnel, go up the stairs to Pine Street, head toward the water to First Avenue (on water side of street) and take a right as we're located one and a half blocks down between Stewart and Virginia streets.

Metro bus 174, which runs after 9 PM, takes approximately 45 minutes to get downtown. Get off on Stewart Street between Fourth and Third avenues, walk down Stewart toward the water to First Avenue (on water side of street) and take a right.

How to get to the pensione from the bus tunnel:
During tunnel hours, get off at the Westlake stop and follow the signs to Third Avenue and Pine, then make a right toward the water and First Avenue. Next, turn right (north) past Stewart to Pensione Nichols halfway up the block.

How to get to the pensione after 7 PM and weekends:
If you’re taking the 194 bus, get off at Fourth Avenue and Pike. Walk down to First Avenue, cross the street and head north past Pine and Stewart; Pensione Nichols is halfway up the block. If you’re taking the 174 bus, get off at Fourth and Stewart and walk down to First, cross the street and walk halfway up the block to Pensione Nichols.
